ThunderOne outputs light of a correlated color temperature (CCT) ranging from 2700K to 10000K. The CCT is continuous freely adjustable. The spectrum of the light is highly simulating daylight, with a color rendering index CRI above 95 in the entire range. The highest CRI is over 97, representing the excellent color rendering ability. Green and magenta compensation requires only one knob to complete, which is extremely satisfactory for high-speed camera calibration requirements. Beyond other soft television lights, ThunderOne has amazing light output and uniform light field. It also guarantees perfect light quality at low brightness. There is no edge shadow and chromatic aberration, giving unprecedented brightness and color control in lighting.
ThunderOne's HSI color mode supports full RBG+W color gamut color control to meet the user's color environment layout requirements to the utmost. At the same time, ThunderOne provides white point selection, the system preset white point 6500K, while the user can reset between 2700K and 10000K, which greatly enriches the ThunderOne’s color light output options. ThunderOne's HSI mode supports more than 5,000,000 colors.
Before the advent of LED high-power film and television soft light, film and television shooting groups usually need to use traditional light sources plus color the filter paper to get the desired lighting effect, which is costly, cumbersome and not portable. ThunderOne solved this problem by the Gel mode. The Gel mode presets the lighting effects of the two major manufacturers Rosco and LEE in the color filter industry. Each lighting effect has a fixed number and description. At present, the number of lighting effects exceeds 300. It covers almost all application scenarios and is easy for the lighting engineer to call quickly.
At the same color temperature, ThunderOne can flexibly and accurately control the coloration on objects, giving users unprecedented visual experience in the real world. Augmented reality is essential in film and television lighting. With precise and controllable coloring in the early stage, the camera can capture richer skin tone and object colors. It provides wider options for film and television expression, all in a realistic. And it also provides more convenience for post-processing.
The Thunder I utilizes multi-channel LED mixing to adjust the output luminescence spectrum. It simulates common light sources such as candles, incandescent lamps, sodium lamps, halogen lamps, daylight, etc. with very high similarity. ThunderOne currently provides 46 light source simulation, and the user can select the most suitable lighting source according to the usage scene.
ThunderOne provides rich dynamic lighting effects flame, warning lights, fireworks, forward, lightning, photo, nightclub, color chase, TV and augmented reality. Among them, the flame perfectly simulates the flare effect of the flashing light. The alarm light is set with 5 color combinations, mimicking alarm light flashes, and the flashing frequency and color combination can be freely adjusted. The forward lighting effect mimics street light streamers illuminating on a care moving forward. The camera effect mimics the effect of the paparazzi team switching quickly with the camera flash. These lighting effects are very suitable for the studio shooting needs. The film crews don’t need physically setting up scenes anymore - using the ThunderOne dynamic lighting mode can quickly build the required lighting effects scene.
